KEILSTOP stable safety at your loading ramp

Our innovative KEILSTOP system prevents trucks and vans from driving off unintentionally. Minimize the risk of accidents during loading and unloading and create the best conditions for your employees. The robust wheel chock reliably prevents vehicles from driving away. Contactless detection of the tire ensures that the wheel chock is in the correct position. If this is not the case, an acoustic alarm is triggered and an LED traffic light signals danger. The result: safety that works!

Experts have long considered loading zones to be dangerous hotspots in logistics

Inadequately secured loading zones can quickly lead to dangerous situations. If trucks or vans are not properly secured, they can roll away or be pushed away during loading or unloading. This can lead to serious accidents or even death. It is therefore very important to secure vehicles properly to ensure the protection of everyone involved.

Another factor and frequent cause of accidents is misunderstood communication between loading personnel and the carrier. Here, we also prevent accidents with our system. Through clear and effective communication, unambiguous pictograms and traffic light signals, we help to prevent misunderstandings during loading.
