TMA: Intelligent and Predictive Management of Hazardous Assets Using AI and IoT
TMA, THE HAZARDOUS GOODS COMPANION
TMA, The Hazardous Goods Companion, is an innovative platform revolutionizing hazardous inventory management through artificial intelligence and IoT solutions. Founded in Berlin in 2024 and backed by Techstars EnergyTech, it transforms reactive and opaque systems into proactive, transparent intelligent ecosystems. It leverages passive RFID technology, machine learning, and cloud analytics to provide continuous and precise visibility of hazardous assets such as gas cylinders, chemical barrels, and electrical components. Its key breakthrough is converting low-cost RFID data into high-fidelity operational intelligence, democratizing real-time visibility for industries previously limited by cost or risk. Furthermore, its behavioral digital twin technology not only reports asset status but identifies causes of problems and optimal actions. The system predicts asset behavior, including risks of loss and maintenance needs, by analyzing usage patterns and RFID read sequences, significantly improving the management and safety of critical assets.
