Optistock is an innovative software module developed by Pickeos for dynamic stock optimization in warehouses. This solution integrates with the Go-to-light light-guided system, automatically recording the number of times the LEDs are activated at each location. Based on this data, it analyzes in real time the picking frequency of each product. After a defined period, such as one month, the system classifies products according to the ABC rotation method. It uses an intuitive color code: green for high rotation (A), blue for medium rotation (B), and red for low rotation (C). This visualization facilitates operational analysis. Based on the 20/80 rule, Optistock proposes a strategic reorganization of inventory. High-rotation products are repositioned in ergonomic and easily accessible areas, such as aisle ends. This significantly reduces order picking times. The solution enhances logistics efficiency and operator well-being.
