MOLA (a project funded by PORTS 4.0) is a cloud-based platform for the digitalization of customs and logistics processes—simple, collaborative, and easily integrable. With MOLA, the various agents in the customs-logistics chain have a single control point for their operations (Customs Logistics Operations Dashboard), regardless of the management software each company uses. MOLA is not designed for administrative tasks, but rather to provide control over workflows, statuses, traceability, and both external and internal communications. From this Customs Operations Dashboard, MOLA delivers an innovative customs management system, entirely different from current solutions, supported by horizontal modules that add value—such as task management, traceability, security, sustainability, and business intelligence.
