NEW DUM PLATFORM

The DUM tool is a new platform promoted by the ATM to address several objectives of the Mobility Plan, particularly in the field of urban freight distribution digitalization. Although an initial prototype was developed six years ago, the project is now evolving into a fully integrated platform thanks to support from the Next Generation – RRF funds.

The platform is designed as a unified repository of all infrastructure related to urban loading and unloading operations across Catalan municipalities, providing structured information and services tailored to different user profiles.

While the ATM is leading the development of the project, the final platform will be made available to the Catalan Government, as its territorial scope extends beyond the Barcelona metropolitan area to cover the whole of Catalonia.
