Admission Policy

1. Legal framework

The admission policy allows the organizer to regulate entry and stay within Events venues under objective, justified and non-discriminatory criteria, while respecting fundamental rights recognized by Spanish law.

2. General admission conditions

2.1 Conditional access

  • Safety: access may be restricted to individuals posing a risk to attendees or staff.
  • Capacity reached: entry may be denied once the authorized capacity has been reached.
  • Breach of house rules: failure to follow staff instructions, possession of prohibited items, or violation of conduct rules.
  • Inappropriate or violent behaviour: access may be refused or removal from the venue required.
  • Missing valid accreditation: attendees must show a valid ticket, pass or ID when required.

2.2 Limits

The admission right may not be exercised in a discriminatory way based on origin, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation, religion, ideology, disability, or other protected grounds.

3. Public notice

Admission conditions will be posted at venue entrances, on the website and, where applicable, on ticketing and accreditation systems.

4. Security staff

Security personnel will verify accreditations, handle risk situations and enforce these rules with proportionality, objectivity and non-discrimination.

5. Misuse

Improper or discriminatory use of the admission right may entail liabilities and sanctions under applicable regulations.
