SIL Barcelona is an event with exclusive access for logistics-sector professionals. The organization may request professional accreditation or corporate identification at any time and reserves the right of admission.

Students enrolled in degrees related to logistics, transportation, or supply chain will have the opportunity to experience SIL Barcelona on the last day of the event.
To obtain their free accreditation, they must first contact the organization: mventura@zfbarcelona.es.

Activate Networking and multiply your business opportunities at SIL 2026:
connect with other attendees and participating companies, scan badges and stands, create and download your contact list, use messaging and the smart Match & Meet features to schedule meetings. Your basic contact details will be visible to other attendees on the SIL platform. You may activate or deactivate these Networking features at any time from the SIL Platform.

If you activate Networking, you authorize CZFI to share your basic professional information (first name, last name, company and job title) with other event attendees, exclusively for the purpose of facilitating networking and organizing professional meetings through the SIL 2026 digital platform.

Any data voluntarily provided in this section will be processed solely for the purpose of planning, managing, and implementing the accessibility measures and support required to ensure equal participation in the event.
Such data will not be used for any other purpose, will not be included in profiling activities, and will be retained only for the period strictly necessary for the management of the event.

Legal notice

For the purposes set out in the applicable regulations on personal data protection (GDPR and LOPDGDD), we inform you that your personal data will be processed under the responsibility of CONSORCI ZF INTERNACIONAL, S.A.U. (CZFI), for the purpose of handling your request and carrying out the necessary relationship to manage your registration and participation in SIL 2026, including operational communications related to accreditation, agenda and exclusive activities. The data retention period will be that necessary to maintain the relationship and, subsequently, the data will be blocked for the legally established limitation periods, in accordance with Art. 32 LOPDGDD.

If you activate Networking, you authorize CONSORCI ZF INTERNACIONAL, S.A.U. to publish and/or make accessible to third parties your basic professional information (first name, last name, company and job title) for the sole purpose of facilitating networking and the organization and management of professional meetings between participants through the event's digital platform.

Rights: You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to our Data Protection Officer (DPO): dpd@czfi.es; or in writing to the postal address indicated in the Privacy Policy at www.czfi.es.
