The fully electric, zero-emission vehicle has been deployed for connections between terminals, intermodal hubs and costumer warehouses, integrating seamlessly with the Company’s short-sea/ rail multimodal services. The pilot test made it possible to measure real-world range, energy consumption and environmental benefits, generating reliable KPI (e.g., Charging-Operations Compatibility Score, demonstrating how well the charging process aligns with the actual operational cycle), thus, supporting the decarbonization of European logistics corridors. The initiative also provided valuable insights into operational performance under different conditions, confirming the potential of electric traction for short-distance logistics. This project represents a concrete step towards a more sustainable operating model, where the electrification of first an last mile activities amplifies the environmental advantages of multimodal transport and accelerates the transition to low-carbon logistics.

EUREKA PROJECT
EUREKA is a pioneering European project that has validated air logistics with drones and poisons in real airport and urban environments. The initiative has demonstrated the safe integration of electric drones into the existing airspace under the O space framework, integrated into all the relevant actors involved in the operation in a digital solution called VCTM (Vertiport Collaborative Traffic Management).
In February 2026 a real flight was made between Palma Airport and Son Albertí, with a high added value operation, such as urgent health transport. The operation carried biological samples under real operational conditions.
The flight covered more than 33 km in just 21 minutes. The results show clear improvements in response times compared to land or maritime logistics.
EUREKA integrates vertipuertos, UAS platforms and advanced digital systems. The use of electric aircraft as drones and eVTOLs drives more sustainable logistics.
The solution developed in EUREKA demonstrates a mature, scalable innovation with an immediate impact on the logistics chain.

One of its main differentials is the creation of more than 100,000 m2 of green areas, transforming an area without environmental value into a living environment that improves work well-being and favors local biodiversity.
The buildings will comply with BREEAM and READ certifications, guaranteeing efficiency and sustainability. In addition, it will have a water management system based on four ponds for water reuse and irrigation, which positions Plataforma Nova Horche as a benchmark in sustainable logistics, generating a positive environmental impact and real ecological value.

Urbantz's AI assistant is a new generation solution designed to optimize last mile delivery operations in real time. In Consolis Tecnyconta, a Spanish subsidiary of the Consolis Group, we have developed Green Spine Line de, the first line of prefabricated concrete with emission reduction in Spain.

It is an initiative to reverse the lack of female presence in the logistics sector, where women represent less than 20% of the operational roles. In collaboration with the Surt Foundation, we have designed a specialized training itinerary that integrates technical training, practice in real environments and labor insertion. In the last edition, participation has increased significantly, incorporating eight women, some of whom already develop operational functions in real environments. The project not only improves employability, but also increases productivity and diversity of teams, key factors for business competitiveness. This initiative positions logistics as an inclusive, innovative and aligned sector with current social challenges.

The CARES group has developed its own platform based on artificial intelligence that optimizes logistics transport management. This digital solution integrates in a single environment the planning of routes, allocation of carriers, order monitoring and incident management in real time. Promotion of logistics talent with AI
At Fundación CARES we have developed a solution that combines the integral systematization of logistics functions with artificial intelligence to transform talent management. We have structured more than 150 operational functions in areas such as warehouse, transport, handling and inspection, precisely defining tasks, competencies and requirements of each workplace. This model improves operational efficiency and service quality, while generating a standardized, replicable and scalable base. Based on this structure, we integrate AI tools to generate automated competency curricula, adapted to the logistics labour market. The system crosses real experience with systematized functions, turning it into tangible professional value. This innovation reduces management times and optimizes selection and insertion processes. Especially aimed at people with disabilities or at risk of social exclusion, the project reinforces the transfer of talent to the ordinary company.

NADICO INDUSTRIAL MANAGEMENT
A pioneering solution in Spain based on unforged natural ventilation
For our client Melcombe, we have designed the first multilevel and multi- tenant logistics platform of three floors in Spain. For her, we have developed an unforced smoke control strategy, approved by the General Directorate of Prevention, Fire Extinction and Rescue (Bombers), of the Generalitat de Catalunya. It is a pioneering solution in Spain based on unforced natural ventilation.
The project corresponds to a building of 57,882.14 m2 that houses eight logistic units of high risk of fires. The approach follows the Performance Based Design (PBD) methodology, which allows the evaluation of fire behavior and the definition of effective safety measures, with the aim of guaranteeing the evacuation of occupants and the intervention of emergency services, achieving an optimization of construction-related costs.
The system introduces air at a lower level and evacuates fumes through holes in slabs and chimneys on deck, limiting the spread of the fire and maintaining adequate conditions of visibility and temperature. The validation has been carried out through simulation with Fire Dynamics Simulator (FDS). This solution allows the implementation of natural evacuation, even in the absence of facades, reinforcing its innovative character.

We have generated an advanced system for the integral management of container reserves in multimodal environments, especially oriented to rail transport, we are provided with a solution that allows us to efficiently coordinate the flow of containers throughout the route, managing the stock in real time in each of the terminals. In addition, it optimizes the composition of the trains, taking into account wagons, weights and timetables, to maximize operational efficiency. These processes allow us to monitor the inventory continuously and accurately. With this we significantly reduce human errors and improve the traceability of each movement.

The arrival of QuadCore 2.0 marks a technological milestone in the insulation sector by drastically optimising thermal efficiency and fire safety in a single component. With a conductivity of 0.019 W/mk, this core offers an 18% higher performance than the traditional PIR and doubles the capacity of rock wool, allowing to achieve exceptional insulation levels with much lower thicknesses. This greater efficiency not only minimises the economic impact of energy saving, but also translates into an investment of rapid amortisation. At the same time, innovation in its chemical composition gives unprecedented fire resistance for insulating foams, achieving certifications of up to 120 EI with 230 mm thick. This disruptive breakthrough eliminates the need to duplicate panels in complex facilities such as cold rooms, where previously rock wool and PIR were combined, now allowing to solve with a single assembly both the structural integrity against the fire and the necessary thermal insulation.
