Aeroports de Catalunya is a public company of the Government of Catalonia. The company aims to be the leader in aviation management in Catalonia and to consolidate a new model of airport management. Aeroports also works in favour of an effective trade policy and promotes existing facilities as well as future ones. Some activities are construction of airport infrastructures; airport management; technological development of aeronautical control and management tools; participation in air route management organizations or other national or international organizations in the field of air transport and airport infrastructures, the search for air and aerospace opportunities and the development of the Strategic Aviation Plan: Catalonia 2030.
