Hardman is a control tower with management capacity that is capable of digitizing, automating and simplifying the operations circuit in the operations management of a logistics plant with its suppliers and customers.
This management capacity manages to improve the indicators: waiting time, time spent managing and distributing loads, occupation of loading personnel, impossibility of loading, time for value-added tasks of the team.
