Catella Logistic Europe

On Tuesday 14 November 2023, the Catella Logistic Europe team planted the 1ᵉ tree of its logistics park currently under construction to the north-east of Metz, which will include a 6,500 sq.m warehouse and a 37,500 sq.m logistics platform.

For many years, construction costs have been rising.

This is due to the constant upgrading of new warehouses, the continuous rise in the overall cost of construction, the Covid-19 crisis and the energy crisis linked to the war in Ukraine.

As a result, the financial crisis has forced central banks to raise key interest rates and interest rates have started to rise and are expected to continue to do so.
